  • Free shipping on orders over $100.
  • Orders under $100 are shipped at $5.00 per pound, plus a $5.00 handling fee.
  • Custom orders are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Because most of our awards are custom-made and personalized, they cannot be returned or exchanged once production has been completed.

 

For non-personalized products, returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained before returning any item.
